It just stays connected.

A server drops, Clementine moves to a working one. You never notice.

It decides the route.

No picking a server, no guessing which one works today. The app does it for you.

  • Local and global, at the same time

Smart routing decides per destination: local services keep the direct route, everything else travels inside the encrypted tunnel. Your bank, government portal and delivery app still see a local address, and you never switch anything when you move between them.

  • Choose what uses the VPN

By default everything goes through Clementine and you mark the exceptions: a game goes direct, so its ping doesn't grow by the length of a detour; your bank and work tools go direct too — they already work, and an unfamiliar address usually just adds a verification step. Or invert it: send only the apps you pick through the VPN and leave everything else direct.

  • Fewer ads, lighter pages

A built-in filter drops ad and tracker requests inside websites and apps. Pages arrive smaller, load sooner, spend less of a mobile data plan and look cleaner. It does not replace a full ad blocker — some ads still get through.

  • Always the current build

The app updates itself in the background and tells you when it has. No hunting for a fresh link, no stale client quietly failing against a server that has moved on.

It doesn't drop.

When a server fails, the app hands you to a healthy one in seconds.

The app checks whether traffic is actually moving. The moment a server goes quiet, Clementine switches to the next one in seconds — the connection holds, and there is nothing for you to press. Usually you don't even notice.
